Your website is never truly finished. Just like pets, they’re a long-term commitment and need constant care and attention. You would never stop feeding or taking care of your pet, and your new website needs the same care.
The best way to take care of your website is with one of our website maintenance packages. We’ll make sure your website is always running optimally, free of bugs and viruses, and current with the latest software updates.

*Minor tech support and minor updates to content are usually limited to 1 hour maximum per month. Overages on time will be billed monthly at our hourly rate.

**Extended tech support and updates to content are usually limited to 3 hours maximum per month. Overages on time will be billed monthly at our hourly rate.

Packages are billed monthly and any time in excess of package allowance will be billed at our regular hourly rate. Unused time does not roll from month to month.


Will you host my website?

Absolutely! All of our website maintenance plans include hosting with FREE SSL, daily website backups, uptime monitoring, Cloudfare CDN, and super fast speeds.

What happens if my website goes down?

The purpose of our maintenance plans is to prevent such things from happening, and so far, this has not happened. However, software as a whole is imperfect and things do sometimes break. In that situation, we’ll be notified and investigate as soon as humanly possible. We do everything we can to prevent your site from being hacked or breaking, and will be ready to restore your site asap.

My site wasn't built by you, can you still maintain my site?

Although these plans have been set up for the sites we’ve built we are open to building a long term relationship with new clients in need of our TLC. We want to make sure we can safely update your site and we require a one-time technical audit. We want to get familiar with your website and how it was built. During the audit, we’ll run through our list and make suggestions for improvements in order to proceed with a monthly plan. Contact us for more details.

How does a maintenance plan benefit me?

The performance and load time of your website, and its ability to stay online, all depend on WordPress and its plugins running smoothly — and on the most recent version. WordPress and plugins are frequently updated to fix bugs and add features..

The growth of your website, gaining new traffic, maintaining your search engine ranking, and keeping your site updated all need to be done in an error-free fashion.

What if I need more hours?

If a task goes over your monthly allotment, we’ll let you know and get approval before proceeding. In these cases, the hours will be billed at our current support rate.

Should I update WordPress and plugins myself?

Please leave the updating to us. Website maintenance is an integral part of updating and keeping your site working properly. We take great care to first backup your website, check the website, update everything, then check the website again for any changes. Our software keeps a record of plugins we update so if there is ever an issue we see what plugin version was changed and can revert back.

Does the monthly time rollover?

Our website maintenance packages are set up like retainers. Every month, time slots are set aside for our maintenance clients. Time does not rollover due to resource limitations.
